Out-of-network/non-contracted providers are under no obligation to treat Blue Medicare Advantage members, except in emergency situations. Medicare beneficiaries may also enroll in Blue Medicare Advantage through the CMS Medicare Online Enrollment Center located at http://www.medicare.gov. Medicare beneficiaries can also contact 1-800-MEDICARE, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
